Gray Line West is offering special savings to British Columbia's Seniors on a Victoria Excursion

Local seniors will save $50 per person on GLW’s Victoria DayTrip

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (October 24, 2005) - Gray Line West (GLW) is thrilled to offer B.C.’s senior citizens significant savings on its Victoria Day Trip and an opportunity to experience “a little bit of olde England”. Departing from Vancouver, this popular tour showcases the best of B.C.’s capital city and is offered at only $79 dollars (CDN) per person every Monday through Thursday until March 31, 2006. This special GLW promotion, in partnership with BC Ferries, applies to B.C residents who are 65 or better and is also extended to a travelling companion under the age of 65.

“We are extremely pleased to be able to extend this offer to local senior citizens”, says Paul Tilbury, Managing Director, Gray Line West. “It will provide British Columbian residents with the opportunity to become a tourist in their own backyard.”

The full day tour begins in Vancouver and includes comfortable Gray Line West motorcoach transportation, a round trip ride with BC Ferries, free time in downtown Victoria, a complimentary snack and beverage and live commentary while on tour. The enchanting Butchart Gardens, a world famous attraction filled with acres and acres of blossoms is also part of the excursion and considered by many as a highlight of the trip.

“BC Ferries is delighted to be able to partner with Gray Line West to offer B.C. seniors the chance to experience beautiful Victoria this winter,” says Maury Kask, Director of Marketing & Sales for BC Ferries.
